How do you source and vet candidates?

We use a large network of recruiters distributed all over the world for sourcing, they use their personal networks, and various software tools to reach out to the right candidates. They have screenings in a video call where they do thorough check and verification of the candidates technical capabilities as well as personality match for the position and the company.

How long does it take to fill a position?

Usually it takes from 2-3 weeks, but it depends on the hiring manager's preferance and process, we have hired candidates in 5 days, too.

How do you ensure culture fit?

We have through interviews with candidates where we ask very specific questions to check their motivation as well as adaptability to the new culture. We also use certified personality tests when required to make sure a candidate is the right culture fit.
